Are your products cruelty-free?

 Animal testing is very common in the skin care and makeup industries. In the past, animal testing was done to see if ingredients were safe for humans. Today, animal testing is no longer needed as we have better methods to determine if a product is dangerous for humans. Most brands are available in the drugstore test on animals. Our products are cruelty-free and around the same prices as drugstore brands because we believe in keeping our prices low.

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

 

What currency will I pay in?

All prices are quoted in USD.

 

When will my order ship?

Our products usually – keyword usually – ship within 1-3 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

 

What carrier handles shipments?

The international parcel is handed over to the destination country’s national postal service upon arrival in the destination country. The destination country’s national postal service will then handle the delivery from that point onwards.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please have a look at our shipping policy. You may experience a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and promotions.

 

 Will my package be charged customs?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on product value.

These fees are not included in your O.TWO.O order and or shipping total. O.TWO.O assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

 

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please send an email to our customer service team as soon as possible, with your order number and updated address, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.

ARE O.TWO.O PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

O.TWO.O does not condone animal testing in any way. We do not test any of our products on animals. We also do not test any of our ingredients on animals, nor do we allow our manufacturers to do so on our behalf. Instead, we choose to test drive our products on our R & D colleague (with their permission, of course).

ARE O.TWO.O PRODUCTS VEGAN-FRIENDLY?

Most of our products do contain non-vegan ingredients and you can check the ingredient list on every product if you have any concerns. 

ARE O.TWO.O  PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

We care about your health and safety—allergies are a serious thing. O.TWO.O  products are not specifically formulated to be gluten free. If you're wondering what's in a O.TWO.O product, please check out the detailed ingredient list on the product page or product packaging to make sure the product will work for you. Ask your doctor if you have any concerns.

 Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.
